Now is the time to honor someone who has shown exemplary customer service. The Wauneta Chamber is celebrating “National Customer Service” month by honoring the top customer service person.
The contest is designed to recognize a Wauneta business person or employee who goes above and beyond in serving customers at a local business.
The Chamber needs your help in the way of nominations. Employees and business owners are eligible for nomination.
This is the fourth year the Chamber has sponsored the contest. Last year’s winner was Connie Littrel. She was honored for her friendly attitude and good cooking at Wauneta Crossroads.
The 2011 winner was Leanne Hunt at Valley Bank & Trust and in 2010 the honor went to Angela McNabb for her work at Good Times Bar.
In addition to the designation, winners are given a prize package from area businesses.
The chamber has provided a clip and send form for nominations. Entries for this year’s contest must be received by Friday, Oct. 25 and can be mailed to the Wauneta Chamber at P.O. Box 211, Wauneta, NE 69045.
