It is the time of year when wheat dust canvasses the prairie, and farmers are spending long hours behind the wheel’s of large equipment. Equipment is usually moving by mid-morning or early afternoon, depending on the amount of moisture in the fields which was higher earlier this week due to thunderstorms. In the aftermath of the storms, many farmers started their mornings by checking for damage in fields and on equipment.
