Postseason introduces new format for volleyball, basketball

The 2018 volleyball postseason had a new look, one that will carry over to basketball season.
    Rather than teams playing in geographic subdistricts and with winners moving on to play against neighboring subdistricts, teams were reseeded following subdistricts along with the top four remaining teams in the wildcard standings.
    Notable games in Class D2 subdistricts included second seed BDS against fifth seed Exeter-Milligan in D2-2 and top seed Ewing took on the six seed CWC in D2-5.
