Broncos get big homecoming win over Banner County
The Wauneta-Palisade football team celebrated homecoming with a 75-0 romp over Banner County Friday afternoon.
Despite three starters not playing in the game, WP completely dominated the game against a Wildcat team that brought six players total onto the field.
Kyle Jutten started at running back and scored three touchdowns in the first quarter. After two Jutten touchdown runs of 34 yards, WP took advantage of a Banner County fumble. Jutten scored once more on a 28-yard run on his way to leading the Broncos with 106 yards, all in the first half.
WP didn’t attempt a pass in the game, but had no trouble finding the end zone.
