WP FFA competes at districts

Wauneta-Palisade Schools’ FFA Chapter competed at districts in Curtis Wednesday, Nov. 8. Both high school and junior high  students participated. The WP FFA competed in three different events including agri-science, livestock judging and natural resources. “I thought they did pretty good. It would have been nice to get some of these teams to state, but a lot of the older students placed,” said FFA advisor Rod Gaston. The FFA Chapter will attend two more district competitions which will determine whether or not teams will attend the state convention in April.
