WP’s Class of 2017 to graduate on Saturday
Commencement ceremonies for Wauneta-Palisade’s Class of 2017 will be this Saturday, May 13, at 10:30 a.m. MT/11:30 a.m. CT at the Wauneta Attendance Center gymnasium.
Miranda Behrends has been named valedictorian and Brody Nordhausen as the salutatorian. The valedictorian and the salutatorian will speak at graduation, as will class president Taylor Hiett.
Taylor Dixon, a 2008 WP graduate, will serve as the ceremony’s guest speaker.
Juniors Natalie Ramirez and Lanee Nordhausen will be the junior marshals. Emily Day, Jayden Ingold, Willis Christner and Cash Yearous will be junior ushers.
