Brooklyn Christensen, a junior at Chase County Schools (CCS), was selected to attend the 2019 Cornhusker Girls State in June.
    According to local officials with the Girls State program, Christensen was very interested in attending the week-long program which will be held on the University of Nebraska Lincoln (UNL) campus.
