    For the fifth straight year, the Bronco boys and girls basketball teams claimed GPAC Conference titles.
    Staci Lawless and Landen visited Donna Wood at Imperial on Sunday.
    Gary Doetker spent Thursday morning visiting Verna Anderson.
    Bonnie Majors visited Elsie Becker several times last week.

     Lori Rowley joined the Heritage of Wauneta Staff this week as the new director of nursing. She replaced Juanita Leonard who will be working at the hospital in Julesburg, Colo.
    Orval and Mary Hamilton visited Henry and Venice Butler in Palisade on Sunday morning.
    The Wauneta-Palisade FFA welding team placed second out of nine teams at the welding contest in Curtis and qualified for state. Members of the team Derek Sandman, Mike Jones and Shannon O’Neil.
    Bethany Monnahan of Palisade and Kelly Gohl of Culbertson were Saturday overnight guests of Renelle Christner for her 18th birthday.
