Family gathers to celebrate Ann Miller’s 100th birthday

Family and friends of Ann Miller gathered at Wauneta Care and Therapy Center July 21 to celebrate her 100th birthday.
    Ann was born July 31, 1918 to Norwegian emigrant parents in Montana and lived two miles from Canada on a cattle and wheat farm.
    Ann met her future husband Ray at a dance and the pair were married June 12, 1942 in Olympia, Washington where Ray was stationed in the Army.
    The couple had three sons, Daryl (Judy), Gary (Marsha) and Tom (Sharon), and lived in California, Arizona, Montana, Oregon, Washington and Nebraska.
