Dennis Pfeiffer representing the local VFW Post 7996, presents Kenna Blackman of Palisade with the annual VFW and the Wauneta American Legion Auxiliary Post 304 Scholarship for the 2017-2018 year. Kenna is attending McCook Community College and plans to major in the education field. She is the daughter of Jared and Missy Blackman of Palisade.
