Area volleyball players are invited to tryout for the Southwest Fire club volleyball teams Sunday at the Wauneta-Palisade High School.
    Ages 12, 13 and 14 will try out from 1 to 2:30 p.m. MT. Ages 15, 16 and 17 will have their turns from 3 to 4:30 p.m. MT. Players and parents are asked to be at the gym 30 minutes early.
    There is a $10 tryout fee. Selected players will have a $165 club fee.
    Coaches expect to play in at least five weekend tournaments, possibly in North Platte, McCook, Hayes Center, Kearney and Grand Island.
    Coaches anticipate practices will be held at Wauneta-Palisade High School on Sunday afternoons.
