Wauneta-Palisade senior Faith Simpson has been named to the Omaha World Herald Class D2 second team.
    Teammates Lanee Nordhausen, Monique Gooden and Haylee Sandman were honorable mention.
    For the Bronco football team, senior Cash Yearous and junior Caid Doetker were honorable mention.
    WP Schools also announced students on the NSAA Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association Academic All-State lists.
    Dalton Harchelroad and George Lee were honored for football, while Harchelroad and Lake Reikofski were honored for One-Act Play Production.
    With their fall selections, Reikofski and Harchelroad, both juniors, have been named to the list four times and Lee, a sophomore, three times.
    For the WP volleyball team, Natalie Ramirez and Sandman were named to the list. Ramirez has been honored five times total for volleyball, basketball and music.
