Track and cross country athletes can take advantage of the Ed Fye Track & Field Camp in Imperial June 5.
    The day-long camp at the Chase County Schools track has set hours for specific events as follows:
    9 a.m. to 12 noon—High jump, triple jump, shot put, sprints/blocks.
    1 to 4 p.m.—long jump, hurdles, pole vault, discus.
    1 to 4 p.m.—Cross country individual/team camp.
    Fye, a Wauneta native, has been head track coach at Doane University since 2002.
    Several Doane assistant coaches and staff will be in Imperial for the camp, as well.
