Wauneta-Palisade Schools’ One-Act team performed at its first in-season competition at North Platte Saturday, Nov.

Overall the team got eighth place out of 15 teams. Reagan Skow took home second place in senior judging.
Wauneta-Palisade Schools’ FFA Chapter competed at districts in Curtis Wednesday, Nov. 8. Both high school and junior high students participated.
Approximately 300 people were fed at this year’s Wauneta-Palisade Thanksgiving Feast at the Palisade Attendance Center. The Palisade gym was filled with the wonderful aromas of good food, sounds of laughter and thankful stomachs. The second annual Wauneta-Palisade’s Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) Parade of Lights Contest is quickly approaching. This year’s contest theme is “Spreading Cheer Throughout The Year.”
Olivia Behrends, eighth grader at Wauneta-Palisade, will be traveling to Omaha next week with sponsor Jennifer Loker to take part in the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s CodeCrush Fall Immersion E
