Four superior ratings and five excellent rating were awarded to Wauneta-Palisade band and music students Friday at the district music competition in Imperial.
    Receiving Superior ratings were Kenna Blackman and Haley Kirk for vocal solos, a percussion ensemble and Matilda Malcolm and Jessica Ehm for a woodwind duet.
