Longtime resident of Wauneta passed away Monday morning August 28, 2017, at her home in Wauneta.
    Survivors include: daughters: Marvene Roe and husband James of Wauneta, Neb.; Christine Lytle and husband Terry of Wauneta, Neb.; Lisa Wolcott and husband Kim of Palisade, Neb.; Bonita Lawler and husband Don of Wauneta, Neb.; Cynthia Engel and husband Robert of Wauneta, Neb.; 20 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
    Funeral service will be held Saturday morning, September 2, 2017, 10:30 a.m. CT, at the Hamlet Union Church of Hamlet, Neb., with Rev. Josh Clark officiating.
    Interment will follow at the Palisade Cemetery in Palisade.
    Visitation will be held Friday afternoon, September 1, 2017, 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. MT at the funeral home in Wauneta.
    Memorials have been established in Onita’s memory.
