Six Wauneta-Palisade students have been recognized by the Nebraska School Activities Association and the Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association for their academic achievements.
    Dalton Harchelroad, Lake Reikofski, George Lee, Zoey Boos, Haylee Sandman and Haley Walker were nominated by WP for the award based on their individual academic excellence, leadership and significant contributions made to their NSAA activity.
    Reikofski and Walker were awarded in music, and Harchelroad, Lee, Boos and Sandman in track.
    Students must have a Grade Point Average of 93 percent or 3.7 on a 4.0-point scale and be a varsity player or organizational leader with a significant role.
