Six teams to represent Wauneta-Palisade at State FFA Convention

Six teams will be representing the Wauneta-Palisade FFA Chapter at next week’s State FFA Convention.
    Three seniors, Reagan Skow, Destiny Beacham and Jayden Ingold, will receive their State Degrees during the trip, as well.
    The nursery and landscape team of Ben Anderjaska, Tucker Boos, Braxton McKinney, Austen Rozelle and Natalie Ramirez (alternate) will leave early Wednesday morning  April 4 for Lincoln and compete that afternoon. WP teacher and FFA sponsor Rod Gaston coaches the team.
    Two more vehicles will leave at 8 a.m. MT/9 a.m. CT.
    The ag mechanic team will compete that evening. Team members are Tommy Bley, Daniel Christensen, Anthony Sramek, Peyton Sramek and Caid Doetker (alternate). The group is led by WP teacher and FFA advisor Teresa Hayes.
    Competing Thursday will be livestock management, welding, vet science and meats.
