It was “doctor” day at Sunrise Heights on Thursday so we had a very small group out for Farmers’ Cafe. It was in and out for residents. They would come out for a roll and then an aide would call them back to their room for their check ups. These residents had a quick roll and ice cream: Lucille McBride, Jackie and Burdette Wilson, Joanne Liebig, Violet Long, Wilva Harchelroad, Beulah Purdy, Jerry Purdy, Leonard Nelms, Ann Miller and myself.

We will not have Farmers’ Cafe next week as the kitchen will be closed. They are getting a new floor and a new stove this week. Makes the cooks very, very happy!
