The Wauneta Community Building was a busy place Saturday morning when Double 9 Firearms held its consignment auction in Wauneta. Owner Bob Goings said there were approximately 130 bid numbers assigned at the auction. Would-be buyers came from near and far—from the local area, Kansas and Colorado. Michael Jordan of McCook served as the auctioneer with his brother Randy Jordon who served as clerk. Double 9 Firearms employees helped with all aspects of the auction.
