The Wauneta Senior Center needs to find a cook — quickly.
    It also needs to find a director, but governing board Chairman Joey Large said that has been put on hold until they find a cook, for which there basically have been no applications.
    The center has been without a director since October, when Lorna Taylor resigned.
    The cook, Krystal Hunt, kept working, but has also resigned; her last day was scheduled to be Jan. 18.
    Large said he planned to contact applicants for the director’s job over the weekend to update them on the situation.
