The Wauneta Senior Center’s Board has given itself another week to find a cook.
    Current cook Krystal Hunt’s last day was Friday, but Board Chairman Joey Large said members of the board will take over her duties temporarily.
    The board has been looking for a replacement for both Hunt and former Director Lorna Taylor, who left the job in November.
    While there are candidates for the director’s job, there currently are no applicants for the cook’s job, and Large said no director will be hired until they find a cook.
