    After seven years Phyllis Yoder has decided to step down as director of the Wauneta Senior Center. Myra Large will be taking her place.
    Art and Nina Fortkamp visited Don and Jean Welch Sunday afternoon.
    Betty McCallum and Abbie Fanning spent Saturday in Cambridge at the basketball games to watch Cody Fanning.
    Kenny and Cleophia Denker had lunch in Imperial with Myrtie Stock. On Thursday Shelly and Randy Yoder took pizza to the Denker’s for their 54th wedding anniversary.
    Ruby Ham was crowned queen and Joe Schultz was crowned king at the Valentine’s Day festivities at The Heritage.
    Nona and Keith Kerchal were Sunday guests of Anita and Francis Fekkers.

    Dewey Hill and Margaret Shepard reign as the 1992 Heart Fund Royalty at Heritage of Wauneta. In addition to the Saturday morning crowning, the residents enjoyed donuts, coffee and a parachute activity.
    Bob and Pat Kitt hosted a dinner Sunday for Erma Kitt’s 80th birthday.
    Otis and Beryl Knotwell spent the weekend in Lincoln visiting Jim and Denise Knotwell.
    Crossroads’ ladies team was the winner of the Frenchman Valley Women’s Bowling Association. Crossroads team members are Sharla Klima, Rhonda Smith, Alberta Grosbach and Cleophia Denker.
