Carl Bartels - October 18, 2009

Carl Bartels, age 44, passed away Sunday evening, Oct. 18, 2009, in an auto accident near Holyoke, Colo.
Survivors include parents, Wayne and Donna Bartels of Enders, Neb.; daughter, Larissa of Gibbon, Neb.; grandmothers, Maye Kunnemann of Imperial, Neb., and Ida Bartels of Wauneta, Neb.; sister, Carla, and husband, Greg McKinney of Lincoln, Neb.; nieces and a nephew, Emily, Sarah and Michael.
Funeral services will be held Friday morning, Oct. 23, 2009, 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, rural Wauneta, with Pastor Keith Wellman officiating.
Interment will follow at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, rural Wauneta.
A memorial has been established in Carl’s memory.
No public visitation.
