Lamont Neverve - April 16, 2009

Lamont Neverve, 82, of Westminster, Colo., passed away April 6, 2009. He was born April 4, 1927, in Holdrege, Neb., to Charles and Ethel (Swanson) Neverve.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Ethel Neverve; two brothers: Bill and Jack Neverve; three sisters: Charline Swink, Arlene Hahn and Glenda Phillips; brothers-in-law: Clifton Swink, Don Hahn, Richard Phillips, and Jim Beaman and sisters-in-law: Virginia (Bartels) Beaman, Irma (Sandman) Neverve, and Marilyn (Curtis) Bartels.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Marjorie (Bartels) Neverve; his two sons: Duane Neverve and Stan and wife Suzanne (Ammon) Neverve; three granddaughters, Tiffany (Maez) Cessna, Riki, and Candice Neverve; five great grandchildren; four brothers-in-law, four sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other family and friends.
Services were held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2009, at Faith Lutheran Church, 4785 Elm Court, Denver, Colo. A reception followed directly after the service at the church.
A military honors gravesite service will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2009, at 1 p.m. at Riverside Cemetery, Wauneta, Neb. A fellowship gathering will follow the services at the Legion Hall in Wauneta.
Memorial contributions sent to the family will be donated to Westminster Little League, Denver Hospice or Faith Lutheran Church, 3402 W. 73rd Ave., Westminster, CO 80030.
