Ronald E. Thompson, 75, of Lexington, died Tuesday, April 7, 2009, at Plum Creek Care Center in Lexington
Graveside services with military honors were held Friday, April 10, 2009, at Fort McPherson National Cemetery in Maxwell.
He was born Jan. 27, 1934, at Council Bluffs, Iowa, to Aaron and Fae (Conrad) Thompson.
Survivors include his companion, Beverly Thompson, of Johnson Lake; son, Douglas of Chappell; daughters: Roni Marie Melton of Dickens, Sandra Dailey of Chappell and Toni Huss of Kearney; sisters: Joan Kitt of Wauneta and Patricia Kitt of Schuyler; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Berryman Funeral Home in Cozad was in charge of arrangements.
