Doyle Egle - October 02, 2012

Doyle Egle, 87 of Fayetteville, Ark., passed away Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, in Fayetteville.
He was born Oct. 27, 1924, on a farm south of Wauneta, Neb., to Elmer R. Egle and Ida (Jeffries) Egle.
He married Delphine Stone on Jan. 2, 1943, and to this union three children were born.
He was a retired machinist in the space industry, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and attended Central Baptist Church in Fayetteville.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Delphine and his parents, Elmer and Ida Egle.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda L. Egle; three sons: Norm Egle and friend Audrey of Palisade, Neb., Greg Egle and wife Betty of Whittier, Calif., and Mitchell Egle and wife Doni of Canoga Park, Calif.; one step daughter, Ann and husband Randy Rhine of Chadron, Neb.; one brother, Dwight Egle and wife Wilma of Wauneta, Neb.; one sister, Virginia Gauger of Wauneta; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, Oct. 5, 2012, at the Central Baptist Church in Fayetteville with Reverend Darrell Kendrick officiating.
Burial will be held Monday, Oct. 15, at 10 a.m. MT/11:00 a.m. CT. at the McPherson National Cemetery at Maxwell.
