Donald Hays - February 26, 2011

Donald Keith Hays, 88, of Sidney, Neb., died early Saturday morning, Feb. 26, 2011, at Memorial Health Center, Extended Care in Sidney.
He was born on April 27, 1922, in Sharon Springs, Kan., to David and Emily (Garrett) Hays. He had four brothers: Robert, Orville, Bud and Howard and two sisters, Ruby Dismang and Peggy Grimes.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy of Sidney; sons: Donald (Sherry) of Victorville, Calif., Daryll (Darcy) of Crawford, and Rick (Roiann) of Sidney; daughters, Irene (Tom Weldon) of Sparks, Nev., and Karen (Fred Arnold) of Casper, Wyo.; sister, Peggy Grimes of Simla, Colo.; 16 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren; and two great, great grandchildren. Memorial services were held March 1 in Sidney with inurnment in the Greenwood Cemetery.
