The Imperial Republican
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be visiting Chase County Dec. 4, in a special appearance at the Chase County Courthouse.
The appearance was orchestrated by the Chase County Child Support Enforcement Agency, and is the only time Santa will be in Imperial this Christmas.
The jolly duo will be in the lower level of the courthouse from 3:30-4:30 p.m. MT that Friday, accompanied by elves.
Each child attending will receive a cookie and a candy cane, and can have a conversation with Santa.
For every two items of nonperishable food brought, a person will receive a raffle ticket to win a complete Christmas dinner from Hills Family Foods.
Items donated will be given to the Chase County Food Pantry.
Santa’s visit is sponsored by Hills Family Foods and Cash-Wa Distributing of North Platte.
