The Wauneta Breeze
Now’s the time to show thanks to outstanding customer service personnel who make your Wauneta shopping experiences special. The Wauneta Chamber is celebrating “National Customer Service” month by honoring Wauneta’s top customer service person.
The contest is designed to recognize a Wauneta business person or employee who goes above and beyond in serving customers.
The Chamber needs your help in the way of nominations. Employees and business owners are eligible for nomination.
This is the sixth year the Chamber has sponsored the contest. Last year’s winner was Angie West at Wauneta Crossroads, who was honored for her friendly service and willingness to “go the extra mile” for customers.
Other past winners include: Dave Hamilton at Frenchman Auto in 2013, Connie Littrel at Wauneta Crossroads in 2012, Leanne Hunt at Valley Bank and Trust in 2011 and Angela Geihsler at Good Times Bar in 2010.
In addition to the designation, winners are given a prize package from area businesses.
The chamber has provided a clip and send form for nominations. Entries for this year’s contest must be received by Friday, Oct. 9 and can be mailed to the Wauneta Chamber at P.O. Box 211, Wauneta, NE 69045 or dropped off at the Wauneta Breeze office.
