What is your fondest memory of Christmas? Was it an extra special gift or an especially unforgettable gathering of family and friends? Was it the blizzard that occurred changing holiday celebration plans or was it cutting and decorating the tree? “Christmas Memories” will be shared and celebrated at the Wallace Christian Women’s Club meeting on Saturday, Dec. 20. Tickets are available at the door. This special invitation is extended to the area men AND women to join this Christmas celebration.
This “Unforgettable Christmas Party” will be held at the Wallace Community Hall beginning at 10:00 a.m. CT. LaDonna Swedberg, Wallace music teacher, will provide “Musical Memories.” A momentous “gift shopping” event will provide entertainment for the morning as unwrapped donated gifts are auctioned by Lynn Swanson, a local auctioneer.
Dianna Perkins from Colorado Springs, Colo., will reminisce with her tale of “The Incredible Edible Orange!” Dianna is married with two children and has lived in Colorado for 13 years. She does Insurance, Investment and Retirement Planning for Mutual of Omaha. Her hobbies include reading and running but not at the same time!
Decorations will be provided by Terri Mead and Princess House Products and the morning will include a continental breakfast.
