Steve Noble of Wauneta opened a new storefront on Wauneta’s main street last month. The Noble Agency, located at 212 N. Tecumseh, will provide ag producers with another choice when shopping for crop insurance.
Noble decided to put his 16 years of crop insurance sales experience to work and start out on his own. “After working for other businesses for 35 years I thought it’d be refreshing to own my own business,” Noble explained.
His new company will provide a full gamut of crop insurance products including Multi-Peril Crop Insurance (MPCI) as well as named-peril products.
The Agency has already signed up farmers spanning from western Chase County to Frontier County as well as some in Kansas.
Noble said his first few weeks have gone very well, “A lot of people in the ag community have been very supportive–I really appreciate that support.”
