Southwest Public Power District has added a new Board member, Mike Lutz.
Mike was appointed to the Board to fill the vacancy left by his father, Wayne who retired from the SWPPD Board of Directors after more than 18 years of service.
Mike’s position on the Board began at the July 2013 meeting and his current term will run through January 2015 as a representative for customers in parts of Dundy, Chase and Hitchcock counties.
Mike and his wife, Ginger, currently live north of Benkelman and have four children. He also currently serves on the Dundy County School Board in Benkelman.
SWPPD asks those in the district to help them welcome Mike to the Board of Directors at Southwest Public Power District.
