Chase County Community Hospital’s interim CEO Gary Bieganski was in Wauneta at the Wauneta Medical Clinic on Wednesday, March 27 to meet the public.
Bieganski began his service as the interim CEO of CCCH on Feb. 4. The event last Wednesday was organized to give him an opportunity to meet residents from the Wauneta area.
The event took place over two hours the morning of March 27.
Several Waunetans stopped by to see Bieganski during the event.
Bieganski said he and the rest of the CCCH and Clinic staff were very appreciative of the steady stream of people who stopped by to meet him during the event.
The event gave Bieganski an opportunity to hear from the people of Wauneta how important the clinic is to the community.
While in town Bieganski toured the Wauneta Medical Clinic.
“The Wauneta Medical Clinic is really well set up for a rural clinic. It is a nice, attractive and well maintained building,” he said.
Bieganski went on to say, “It is evident how much extra effort has gone into the Wauneta Medical Clinic.”
