Tayler Nordhausen, W-P FFA chapter president and Dan Andrews, FFA advisor, accepted a check for $5,555.81. The check was presented to the W-P FFA chapter on behalf of Pfizer Animal Health, Dr. Steve Pollmann, DVM, of Southwest Veterinary Services and Micro Beef Technologies.

The donation came through the Pfizer Animal Health “Performance Pays” spring 2012 program which supports agricultural education through FFA. One percent of purchase of qualifying Pfizer animal health products between Feb. 1 and April 30, 2012 are donated to designated local FFA chapters. Since the inception of the Pfizer program FFA chapters across the nation have received more than $4.2 million.
