The Wauneta Chamber recently announced Connie and Jim Maxfield’s yard as the Yard of the Month for July. Connie and Jim are pictured here next to the sign placed in their yard by the Wauneta Chamber. Connie said she was surprised by the honor since they currently don’t have flowers in their yard. Despite the lack of flowers, the Maxfield yard is definitely well manicured. Connie said they may be adding flowers in the future. The Wauneta Chamber will designate a “Yard of the month” again in August and September.
