Remember to winterize your outside water faucets

Don’t forget to winterize your outside water faucets.

The Villiage of Wauneta has been called out to homes that have suffered water damage because of frozen outside faucets. It is required to have water shutoffs in your home for these kinds of emergencies. Also, remove garden hoses from faucets. Install back flow valves, free from the city, on your frost free water hydrants. These are required by law.
