In the second annual Chili Cook-Off Contest, Kathy and Dave Kerchal, above, repeated as the People’s Choice winners. Terry and Kip Engell, below, representing HomeTown Agency, won the judged competition, denying the Kerchals from repeating as the winners of both divisions, a feat the Kerchals accomplished last year.
