Ben Brophy wins Mens Club Open Handicap Tournament PDF Print E-mail

Ben Brophy topped the field of 19 golfers to win the Mens Club Open Handicap Tournament held at the Enders Lake Golf Course Sunday, Sept. 18. Brophy ended play at 67, two strokes out in front of Bill Brophy who had a 69 for the day. The tournament was open to members with an established USGA handicap.

Scores were determined after two rounds of play and then adjusted for the golfer’s course handicap.

Brophy shot a 54 and a 45 for a score of 99 minus his handicap of 32 for a net score of 67.

Medalist for the first 9 holes was Dan Fulton with 35. Dan Fulton and Matt Teply tied for medalist honors on the second 9 holes, both with a 40.

Results of the tournament follow with the top 10 placings showing the 18-hole score minus the handicap for net score.
