|Sports Shorts: 150 Rock Trap Shoot on Sept. 18|

The Plainsmen Rifle and Pistol Club will be holding its 150annual 150 Rock Trap Shoot this Sunday. The shoot will be held at the trap range 10 1/2 miles south of Imperial on Avenue 331 (the junk yard road). Shooting will start at 1 p.m. MT. Events for the afternoon include: 50 16-yard targets; 50 handicap targets (based on your 16-yard score); 25 pair of doubles.
Participants do not have to shoot all events to enter. They may shoot one or all of the events. All of the events will be run on the Lewis class. This shoot is open to the public. Shells will be available at the range. The next shoot will be the Thanksgiving trap shoot on Nov. 20 at 1 p.m. MT. For more information call Robert Grams at 882-4084 or Kim Silvester at 882-5344.
