|Hunts attend EMS Conference|

Nearly 60 individuals attended the sixth annual Republican Valley Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Conference on April 2, at the Arapahoe High School.
The conference was sponsored by Tri Valley Health System, Phelps Memorial Health Center, Norton County Hospital, Community Hospital, Harlan County Health System, Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Nebraska Emergency Medical Services Association and Central Community College.
Participants were able to attend sessions on acute coronary syndromes, agricultural emergencies, documentation, drug case studies, ethics, firefighter rehab, heat-related emergencies, stress and vitals and stethoscopes.
Attending from Wauneta were Gary Hunt and Leanne Hunt.
